Alluaudia procera, also known as the 'Madagascar Ocotillo,' is an unusual succulent that grows a long, tall, thorned stem; from which small, paired, rounded leaves grow. The plant can grow up to 60 feet tall, but will be unlikely to do so if grown indoors! Hardy down to 25 degrees F, but prefers at least 32 for leaf growth.

You will receive a healthy, well-rooted Alluaudia procera in a plastic pot in the size of your choice.

Care

The plant you receive may or may not have leaves; water sparingly until leaves appear. We recommend full sun or high indoor lighting for optimal growth. Plant in fast-draining soil, and water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry.
