A cactus-like succulent which grows vertically. It is green, with subtle horizontal ridges that give it a stripe-like effect. Little red buds grow uniformly out of the top; lower on the plant the buds are replaced by sharp thorns.

Euphorbia horrida, 4-inch
$ 15.00 - $ 15.00

Euphorbia horrida bears the common name 'African Milk Barrel,' thanks to the white sap it exudes that is characteristic of all Euphorbia. It is an architectural masterpiece, with subtle striping and arches on its stems. Red flower stalks come out of the top, which will eventually develop into thorns. Hardy down to 25 degrees F!

You will receive a healthy, well-rooted Euphorbia horrida in a 4-inch plastic pot.
