Portulacaria afra Variegata is a spreading, trailing form of the African native referred to as Elephant Food. Its leaves are characterized by creamy white variegation around the edges. This colorful beauty is a slow grower and perfect as a ground cover or for adding color and texture to a mixed succulent planting. It is also a great specimen for creating Bonsai due to its tendency to form thick, tree-like trunks over time.
You will receive a healthy, well-rooted Portulacaria afra Variegata in a 2-inch plastic pot. Plant in fast-draining succulent soil. We recommend partial shade to bright, indirect light. Water just once every 2 weeks when the soil is dry to the touch.
