Stenocactus wippermannii is a compact-growing cactus with gorgeous blooms. When given plenty of strong light this cactus will turn a lovely bronze color; which also helps to stimulate flowering, wool, and spine production. Hardy down to 25 degrees F for short periods of time, but should be brought indoors if temperatures remain for an extended period of time.

You will receive a healthy Stenocactus wippermannii in a 2-inch plastic pot.

We recommend plenty of strong light for optimal growth, although this cactus should be given partial shade if the light is particularly hot. Plant in fast-draining soil, and water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry.
