Succulence Shipping Policy

If everything is in stock, your order will ship 1-3 days from when we receive it., and you will automatically receive tracking information. We ship USPS Priority which means your package is set to arrive 1-3 days from departure. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped. Occasionally, items from the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you will receive tracking info for each shipment.

We do not offer expedited or same day shipping at present. However, you can choose in-store pick up for any items purchased, and you can either pick these up yourself, or arrange for a courier to pick them up for you.

We don’t use heat packs when we ship, but we will send your package early in the week so that it arrives in the quickest possible time to assure the healthiest plant delivery.
